In today's episode, episode nine of my podcast, I'll share with you the information contained in the email that I received from Olga following my first consultation. So for those of you who have not yet tuned into my last episode, Olga Fertility Clinic is located in St. Petersburg in Russia, and we'll refer to that clinic from herein as Olga. So as discussed in my last episode, uh, that email contained the login details for their donor database. So the login was valid for 14 days. Uh, what we've been doing is each time that access has expired, uh, we email our patient coordinator to request that she renews that access. And she always does that quite promptly. And obviously you need to keep in mind, you know, the time differences um, between Russian. Whatever country you're in. So in our case, Sydney. Now, in that email, she asked that I let her know whether I would like her to book an appointment with their perinatal psychologist or former patients. I was also asked to complete an online questionnaire and a link to that questionnaire was included in that email. So essentially, that questionnaire contained questions relating to my medical history, um, as well as fertility related questions. Also, in regards to my partner's most recent sperm analysis results, and his medical history. It was requested that I undergo an intra and after. outer pelvic ultrasound. Now they do that at the same time. Um, so my patient coordinator requested images, videos, and a report in that regard. And attached to that email was a letter containing factors that they requested the sonographer investigate during the scan. Also attached were privacy consent forms for us to complete and sign. We were also asked to provide requested, um, Sorry, she also requested scanned copies of our passports. Now we were provided a secure link to upload our documentation and other files, that enabled us to upload, all our files directly onto their secure server. So our patient coordinator advised that they would book an appointment with their doctor once they received the information requested in that email. Now that concludes today's episode. So that was definitely my shortest episode, the shortest episode ever. Now please tune in to the next episode of this podcast where I will discuss a factor that my partner and I had to consider. Um, and that topic is proven versus unproven donors. Thank you for sharing your time with me. From my heart to yours, sending healing energy to all of my listeners.
