Welcome to my donor egg IVF journey role. And in real time, I'm Claudine your podcast host. In today's episode. Episode one of my podcast. I would like to formally introduce myself to you and to other listeners. I want to share my donor egg IVF journey via my podcast in the hope that my experience will help others. I would love to help normalize the conversation about donor egg IVF. Encourage others to speak about this subject. As well as remove the shame that is at times associated with the donor egg experience. Initially, I decided to audio record our journey to share with our baby to be when they're older. I want Heyo, Shea to. I know how much he or she was wanted. And the journey we took to finally be with him or her. I dedicate this podcast to our already very much loved baby to be. This journey commenced approximately one month prior to the time of this recording. So it commenced in October 20, 24. My initial episodes will cover that period. And then from there after I'll update you in real time, there's a lot to learn. On this journey. Um, one to seek knowledge beyond the medical professionals advice. I'll share with you what I've learned along the way. That's information obtained from medical professionals and the like, as well as my own research. It's not my intention for these podcasts to a paid professional. So excluding this episode, when recording the episodes of this podcast, I'll speak to you in the same manner as I do to those close to me. I wrote extended notes to guide me through this episode, but the majority of future episodes will be more so like conversations with friends. The exception would be mainly when I relay my research and the like, My intention is that my words are authentically spoken from my mind, heart and soul. That my words are real raw and unfiltered. I believe the only way that humans can truly connect is to be our authentic selves. So at this stage, I don't have social media accounts related to this podcast.
